• ALL PRICE EXCLUDE CUSTOM TAX OR ANY FEE THAT MAY OCCUR DURING DELIVERY
• We use different couriers to ensure the most efficient delivery based on the destination.
• Any additional charge incurred during the shipment is not KIN Supplies responsibility.
• KIN Supplies is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods (Tax & Custom Duties).
• Customers responsible for any shipping charges incurred for any products exchange attempted.
• KIN Supplies ships all orders with trackable shipping services as detailed below:
• Shipping is calculated based on package weight ( not products weight ) where the weight of packaging might add around 500gr from actual product weight stated on product specs.
• In the very special case where the parcel size considered large and qualified for volumetric calculation, shipping cost will be determined by its volumetric size factor.
• Price of the products has no impact on how the shipping cost determined.
• Transit time may vary depending on the destination. But generally it will took around 3-10 days of transit time.

Once the package has left our warehouse, KIN Supplies cannot be held accountable for any lost, stolen, or miss-delivered packages.
